Average monthly fee per square foot - $0.60

So a condo that is 1070 square feet would have a condo fee of $620

Sea Watch Condos does offer residents a fitness center/gym and the monthly fee does include heat and hot water.

 

Nantascot Place located at - 155 George Washington St Hull

Average monthly fee per square foot - $0.71

So a condo that is 1175 square feet would have a condo fee of $835

Nantoscot Place does offer amenities such as a pool and a gym; however the condo fee does not cover any utilities (like heat or hot water).
